Drop The Mic Karaoke

Suite Rental agreement and liability waiver

By signing below, the undersigned (“Party Host”) agrees to the following terms and conditions for use of the private karaoke suite:

1. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES

Party Host accepts full responsibility for any damage to the karaoke suite, including but not limited to:

  • Audio/visual equipment (microphones, screens, tablets, speakers)

  • Furniture, fixtures, walls, décor, and finishes

  • Flooring, carpets, and other property

Party Host agrees to be financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement resulting from damage caused by themselves or any member of their party.

2. SUPERVISION OF MINORS

Party host agrees that all minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. The signing Party Host assumes full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and any damages caused by minors in their party.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

No outside food or beverages are permitted. An exception is made for store-bought desserts only (such as cakes, cupcakes, or cookies) with prior approval from the venue. Ice cream cakes and candles are strictly prohibited.

4. CLEANLINESS & EXCESSIVE MESS POLICY

Party Hosts are expected to leave the suite in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. The following are considered excessive mess, including but not limited to:

  • Food, frosting, or beverages spilled or smeared on furniture, walls, or equipment

  • Melted or improperly handled desserts left on tables, floors, or surfaces

  • Confetti, glitter, or party debris scattered throughout the suite

  • Trash, decorations, or personal items not consolidated or removed

  • Glassware or broken items left on the floor or in unsafe conditions

A cleaning/service fee of $ 75 will be charged if the suite requires cleaning beyond standard turnover.

5. SAFE USE OF EQUIPMENT

Party Host agrees to use all equipment and furnishings as intended. Misuse—including but not limited to dropping microphones, screaming into microphones, tampering with equipment, standing on furniture, or unsafe behavior—may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of the session without refund.

6. RIGHT TO TERMINATE

Drop The Mic Karaoke reserves the right to end the rental session without refund if:

  • Property is being damaged

  • Policies are being violated

  • Behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Party Host acknowledges that participation in karaoke and use of the facility involves inherent risks. Party Host agrees to release and hold harmless Drop The Mic Karaoke, its owners, and employees from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Party Host authorizes Drop The Mic Karaoke to charge the card on file for any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or unpaid balances incurred during the rental.
